Terms of Service
Shipping:
Orders are shipped via USPS priority mail, Fedex or UPS. Most orders are shipped via Fedex or UPS ground. Please carefully check all packages before accepting delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to receive the package at the given address. Customers can have orders shipped to an address other than the billing address, however if our fraud prevention staff has concerns you will be contacted prior to shipment to verify your identity. Attempting to place a fraudulent order is a crime and taken very seriously at this company.
Payments:
Order information (name, address, phone numbers) and financial information (credit card numbers) is encrypted using industry standard 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. You can view the GeoTrust secure site seal on our website showing we use the highest level of protection possible. Our company is also an official Authorize.net Credit Card processing merchant. You can be confident we take every precaution to ensure your information is secure.
Cashier checks, money orders and personal checks are also accepted. Shipments may be delayed depending on the time needed for personal checks to clear. Please email us for instructions if paying by mail.
Our customers security and peice of mind is very important to us!
Return Policy:
Returned merchandise must be in original box, including all packing material. Before installing any items you must check the part numbers/item descriptions to make sure the correct item was delivered. Any items already installed or altered in any way can not be returned, unless the item is defective. A pre-authorization will be required for any parts returned. No refunds or exchanges after 7 (seven) days. Items correctly supplied that have been authorized for return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All items returned must be in the original box, unused, and sellable conditions. Shipping charges are non refundable. We will inspect all items before a refund is issued. We promise to be completely fair in our assessment of each situation. No COD refunds accepted. All returns must be shipped prepaid. We know return policy's often sound harsh, but don't worry we take care of ALL our customers.
Any item being exchanged because of the factory warranty will be taken care of at no extra cost to the customer. 'Most' items come with a one year factory warranty. Because of the nature of Peake reset tools they cannot be returned, only exchanged.
Miscellaneous:
Eurosport Design reserves the right to change, discontinue, alter or amend these terms and conditions at any time. By doing business with Eurosport Design you agree to our terms and conditions. Some of our products may be for off road or show use only. It is the responsibility of the customer to insure that the use of their vehicle and items purchased from Eurosport Design comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Eurosport Design assumes no responsibility for any damages or fines incurred due to the misuse or illegal installation of any of its products. Eurosport Design shall not be liable for any reason for any costs or damages to any person or property arising out of or in connection with the use or installation of any parts that it sells. All parts are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranties. No other warranties are expressed or implied. Eurosport Design is not responsible for any damages or claims arising out of a delay in the processing or shipment of any order. This site may include links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third party vendors and other third parties. You agree that Eurosport Design is not responsible for the availability of, or the content located on or through, any external site. Prices are subject to change without notice due to the fluctuation of money exchange rates between foreign currencies. Eurosport Design has no affiliation with BMW. All prices are per item quoted in US dollars; S&H not included. Eurosport Design is not responsible for typographical errors. By placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
