Eurosport Design reserves the right to change, discontinue, alter or amend these terms and conditions at any time. By doing business with Eurosport Design you agree to our terms and conditions. Some of our products may be for off road or show use only. It is the responsibility of the customer to insure that the use of their vehicle and items purchased from Eurosport Design comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Eurosport Design assumes no responsibility for any damages or fines incurred due to the misuse or illegal installation of any of its products. Eurosport Design shall not be liable for any reason for any costs or damages to any person or property arising out of or in connection with the use or installation of any parts that it sells. All parts are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranties. No other warranties are expressed or implied. Eurosport Design is not responsible for any damages or claims arising out of a delay in the processing or shipment of any order. This site may include links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third party vendors and other third parties. You agree that Eurosport Design is not responsible for the availability of, or the content located on or through, any external site. Prices are subject to change without notice. Returned merchandise must be in original box, including all packing material. Before installing any items you must check the part numbers/item descriptions to make sure the correct item was delivered. Any items already installed or altered in any way can not be returned, unless the item is defective. A pre-authorization will be required for any parts returned. No refunds or exchanges after 7 (seven) days. All items must include an RMA number listed on the package and be shipped to Eurosport Design, 248 Tom Hill SR Blvd Ste 319, Macon GA 31210. Customers must use the phone number or email addresses listed on our Contact Us page to receive a pre-authorization for return. Items correctly supplied that have been authorized for return could be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All items returned must be in the original box, unused, and sellable conditions. Shipping charges are non refundable. We will inspect all items before a refund is issued. We promise to be completely fair in our assessment of each situation, customers can purchase with confidence. No COD refunds accepted. All returns must be shipped prepaid. Any item being exchanged because of the factory warranty will be taken care of at no extra cost to the customer. Most items come with a one year factory warranty. Due to the nature of Peake reset tools they cannot be returned, only exchanged. Eisenmann exhausts are made to order for each customer and cannot be returned. Exhaust systems cannot be returned once installed. RaceMesh grilles are made to order for each customer and cannot be returned.
