Eurosport Design has no affiliation with any auto maker, all names and trademarkers are used for reference only. Eurosport Design reserves the right to change, discontinue, alter or amend these terms and conditions at any time. By doing business with Eurosport Design you agree to our terms and conditions. Some of our products may be for off road or show use only. It is the responsibility of the customer to insure that the use of their vehicle and items purchased from Eurosport Design comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Eurosport Design assumes no responsibility for any damages or fines incurred due to the misuse or illegal installation of any of its products. Eurosport Design shall not be liable for any reason for any costs or damages to any person or property arising out of or in connection with the use or installation of any parts that it sells. All parts are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranties, all warranty claims must be filed directly through the manufacturer. No other warranties are expressed or implied by Eurosport Design. Eurosport Design is not responsible for any damages or claims arising out of a delay in the processing or shipment of any order. This site may include links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third party vendors and other third parties. You agree that Eurosport Design is not responsible for the availability of, or the content located on or through, any external site. Eurosport Design reserves the right to cancel (void) (refund) any order at any time. Eurosport Design is not responsible for any fees associated with canceled orders. Prices are subject to change without notice, orders can be canceled (void) if pricing errors are found after an order is placed. Additional shipping charges may apply for items shipping directly from a manufacturer, customers will be notified and have the option of canceling the order. Deposits made for special order items, or items being shipped from Europe are non-refundable. Eurosport Design is not responsible for pricing errors. All prices are per item quoted in US dollars. Eurosport Design is not responsible for typographical errors. By placing an order with Eurosport Design you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Return Policy

No returns are accepted unless authorized by Eurosport Design. Returned merchandise must be in original box, including all packing material. Before installing any item customers must check the part numbers/item descriptions to make sure the correct item was delivered. Products determined to be defective (before or after installation) can be exchanged for a replacement product. Items that have been installed or altered in any way can not be returned for a refund, only exchanged if determined to be defective. A pre-authorization will be required for any parts returned. No refunds or exchanges after 10 (ten) days unless a product is determined to be defective and will be covered by the manufacturer warranty. All items must include an RMA number listed on the package. Customers must use the email address listed on our Contact Us page to receive a pre-authorization and instructions for return. In the subject of the email please include Your Order Number, Short Description of the Item and the phrase Return Request. A reply email will be sent with instructions. Customers that change their mind regarding a purchase and request a return of items that were correctly supplied by Eurosport Design or a specific manufacturer are subject to a 10%-30% restocking fee. Items shipped directly from the manufacturer are subject to the specific manufacturers restocking fees and return policies. All items returned must be in the original manufacturer packaging, which must be in brand new condition. Shipping charges are non refundable. All returns must be shipped prepaid. Customers with questions should contact us before ordering. Customers will not have to pay shipping for any item being exchanged because of the factory warranty or manufacturer defect. Products made to order for a customer cannot be returned. Due to the nature of Peake reset tools they cannot be returned, only exchanged. Special orders for exhausts such as Eisenmann, Milltek and Supersprint cannot be canceled or returned once the items have shipped from Euorpe. Exhaust systems cannot be returned once installed, only exchanged if determined to be defective. Custom painted products cannot be returned unless defective. RaceMesh grilles are made to order for each customer and cannot be returned. By placing an order you agree to be bound by these Return Policies.
