Orders Ship within 24-48hrs: We strive to process and accurately ship all orders as soon as possible. Most orders ship within 24-48hrs. Eurosport Design is a Master Dealer for all popular brands which gives us an advantage and allows us to offer customers unbeatable prices and fast shipping on all popular brands. If for some reason your order will not ship right away you will be contacted immediately by one of our representatives with an estimated ship date. Of course you have the option of canceling your order if you prefer not to wait. Remember – we pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service and always keep customers informed regarding order status. This is how we’ve created such a loyal customer base.

Real Time Shipping Quotes: Shipping costs can be calculated easily and quickly without going through the entire checkout process or signing up for an account on our website. Simply add an item to the shopping cart and click "Get Estimates" to receive your shipping quote. We use real time shipping so you pay the actual shipping cost. We don't have "set" shipping costs like many companies. We developed our shipping system to make our website as user friendly as possible.

Online Tracking: Customer accounts are updated with tracking info the same day orders ship. To make it more convenient for our customers our system automatically emails tracking numbers when orders ship. Customers are not required to log into the website to track the status of orders. Our goal is to keep customers updated regarding their order status at all times. Of course we're also happy to answer any Order Status emails customers send us!

Shipping Carriers: Orders are shipped via UPS, Fedex or USPS priority mail. Most orders are shipped via UPS or Fedex. Whichever carrier will deliver your package the quickest is usually the carrier we choose. For example if you're quoted UPS and they've already picked up for the day, we'll ship the package Fedex or USPS Priority at no additional charge. Our goal is to ship all orders as soon as possible.

Free Shipping Offers: We have free shipping specials on select items throughout our website. Shipping is free for these items only to the 48 continental US states. If you are outside this area please email us for a discounted shipping quote.

International Shipping - We Ship Worldwide: We ship international orders on a daily basis. These orders are shipped using USPS Express. UPS Expedited equals USPS Express on our website. If the UPS quote our website provides is more than you'd like to spend, please email us the exact item(s) you're interested in purchasing and your full shipping address and we'll see if there's a less expensive way to ship. Some items on our website can only ship via UPS, but most ship USPS Express which is very reliable and charges the recipient a much less expensive import fee. We accept payment from international customers via bank wire transfer, credit cards or cashiers checks. If you are paying by credit card please read the following: Our online merchant service allows us to verify most international credit card orders. In the case where your issuing bank does not participate in the international address verification service, you will be contacted via email and be requested to fax over a copy of your credit card statement/bill. If this is the case, please feel free to cross out any information you feel is personal - we are only interested in seeing your credit card number on the same document as your name and billing address. We apologize for any inconvenience but unfortunately international online fraud is very common and we find it essential that all orders, domestic and international be verified.
