Borla designed the NB 1999-2005 Miata axle-back exhaust to improve the performance of the stock 1.8L motor and to sound great doing so. The Borla rear section, which connects to the OEM mid pipe, includes the muffler with exhaust tip, necessary gaskets and hardware to make the installation easy enough for even the most novice of mechanics.
