Here is the Milltek line of catback exhausts with the Golf IV and now Jetta IV. All systems have 2 1/2" mandrel-bent piping. This system will deliver a dyno-tested 12% horsepower increase to your 1.8T car. The 150hp car was measured at 168hp by Milltek in the UK on the Rolling Road dyno system.

 

 

All of these Milltek systems have tips that come through the rear valance areas. On cars that are produced prior to the 2002.5 model you will need to get a valance (available from a local dealer for under $50). Cars produced 2002.5 and newer come STANDARD with the rear valance you need. For the 337/20th Anniv./GLI 1.8T all you need is the exhaust system itself.
