Want to know the basics of HID Kits?
H2, H3, H7 or 9006, 9007 etc…This describes the type of the actual bulb. This will change from model to model.
6000k, 8000k etc… Refers to the color temperature in Kelvin’s of the bulb. Most factory HID bulbs are 4300k. The 6000k is almost white, 8000k is slightly blue, 10000k is violet hue! 6k and 8k are most popular so if you plan on ordering 10k there may be a slight delay in shipping.
What bulbs does my car take? Please check your owners manual or remove your bulb and it should be printed on the base (only touch the base of the bulb, not the actual bulb itself). You may also check the BULB GUIDE!
To help eliminate errors, while checking out (in the Order Notes section) please specify the Make/Model/Year – Coupe/Sedan/Conv of your car so we can make sure your getting the correct Upgrade Kit. NOTE: These kits are sold as pairs, for both left and right headlights. Picture is for reference only.
