Alta Performance's short shifters for the 02-03 and 04-06 Mini Cooper and Mini Cooper S features Alta's innovative, adjustable design for short to really short shifting. You can adjust the throw to be the same as stock or up to 45% shorter! Alta makes their 2002-2006 Mini short shifter out of hardened 1144 steel and finishes it with a black oxide coating. This Mini short shifter can take whatever punishment you dole out: It will retain its shape and function, shift after shift.
You can purchase the Alta shifter and re-use your stock knob. Choose below, a stock knob adaptor will be included. If you previously purchased the Alta shifter and re-used your stock knob, the Alta Shift knob can be purchased separately below. The Alta Shift knob only works with the Alta Shifter.
Fitment Notes:
03-04 Minis must check their production date by removing the trim around the shift boot. If the plastic housing is black you need 04-06, and if it is white you need 02-03. FITMENT: 2002-2006 Mini Cooper & Cooper S
