Alta's Version 2 Intake System for the 02-06 Mini Cooper S pulls cold air from the factory air ram duct in the grille and through the vent below the windshield. The Alta V2 intake kit includes a new black air box, Alta's foam filter, and a colored silicone inlet hose connecting the air box to the throttle body. Alta's silicone hose is mirror smooth promoting a high velocity air charge; encouraging smoother air-flow.

 

The Alta V2 Intake also reduces your MCS's inlet air temperatures to create a cooler, denser air charge which raises HP and torque, making motoring more fun. The V2 kit is available with red, blue or black silicone hose. Add the Alta Box Top to your intake to increase performance and enhance the look under your hood.
